if you wanna see a one-take watch save me- bts. that was a real one take. the fact that a profesional editor cant notice the small hidden cuts just shows how good of a job the editors did with this mv. also i miss the old logo. i remember whenever i would see it i would get so excited bcuz ITS BTS!

I love that there are multiple costume changes and formation changes that would be impossible to do in one take but the editing is so seamless jordan still thinks its not cut. Props to the MV creators

It's not a one take though, they literally doing match cut to everything if you watch the behind the scenes, but the editor here made a really great job edited the music video so smooth that you will think they shot it in only one take

The two hidden cuts are 1) when J-hope came out in racer suit and 2) when V came out in that grey suit. They were in the group shot before the cut in different clothes. I remember in the behind video they shot it through a whole night until dawn. They really work that hard. Hats off. They deserve everything!

There's about 4 cuts in the MV: The transition to J-hope after the first chorus is a cut, when other BTS members appear with changed outfits behind RM during the second verse there is a cut there, the transition from RM to V is a cut (He's wearing different clothing and the lighting is different), and the last and only one which Jordon could point out is a cut.

I love this song so much i cosplayed as Jimin from this MV and did the Dope dance at a local comic con near me and i had fun.
Also i love how Jimin and Jungkook bounced of eachother, with their voices.
Jimin in this MV is why i love a man in uniform, i love Jimins voice and i also love his highnotes aswell but his character is the one i love, this is partly the reason Jimin is my ultimate kpop bias.
This song is totally Dope (see what i did there lol)

RM's verse explains the meaning of this song. "Giving up on 5? Giving up on 6?" He's referring to subsequent generations giving up on 5 or 6 aspects of society, such as home ownership, having children, getting married, going to college, or getting a well-paying job, because society has made it next to impossible to achieve those things...this is why BTS garnered so much support early on in their career: because they were talking about real issues that Korean citizens were facing in their daily lives.

2:26 The fact that you didn't notice that J-Hope was dancing with the others at the beginning, and then he came from another corner disguised in a pilot, which means there was a transition. They did a good job so we think that it is one take.
