I can see Bruce’s perspective as a desperate and grieving parent looking to a son who died and was brought back for answers to bringing another one back. He just didn’t take Jason’s feelings into account it even as him before trying to jog his traumatic memories off his death and resurrection. I can also see how it was the worst day for Batman more than Jason because Jason only died there, but Bruce had to see and pull his young son’s beaten, bloody, and dead body from a pile of rubble and bury his corpse. Losing a child is the worse possible thing a parent can go through and now Bruce is having to go through it twice, desperately hoping he can change fate like before. Jason is his hope here and he was focused more on that than his living himself.
