My God!!! I was triggered last week. Holy Spirit said, "write down your actions and behavior!" I had to reflect on my actions and behavior. After my reflection, Holy Spirit revealed that these are the things He's killing within me because I can't take this with me to where He's promoting me! It doesn't feel good when you realize and accept the behaviors and actions you display but God is a healer. He wants to heal the things that are silently killing us. Trust Him and His process!
