Ulysses Weakens over Vietnam as the Death Toll Climbs in the Philippines and a look at the long rang

The death toll continues to climb after Vamco / Ulysses and now Vietnam is feeling the impacts from this storm with severe landslide warnings in place. Plus in my update today I take a look at what to expect in the extended forecast.
