France mulls controversial COVID vaccine pass

The French Senate has begun examining a controversial COVID vaccine pass law.
The government wants to enact legislation by mid-January but has been encountering stiff resistance both inside and outside parliament.
The proposed health pass would allow only those who have the jab to enter public places.
