The Army Day Parade in Pune today featured a spectacular display, with a special march-past showcasing eight advanced robotic mules, the ‘A.R.C.V Mule’. These unmanned vehicles, capable of remote control or autonomous operation, are designed to handle critical tasks like perimeter guarding and chemical threat management. Additionally, India tested its ‘Bhargavastra’ counter-drone system, akin to the Iron Dome, and highlighted its ongoing efforts to incorporate cutting-edge technology for modernizing defense operations, including combat swarm drones inducted in 2023.
