dude, ive downloaded CSS, HL 2 PART 1 AND 2, portal, DOD all of them available. and there are textures still broken? but when i downloaded them, i put them on the desktop and clicked 'extract here' and then the folder appeared so i just dragged it into the garrysmod thing?

Can i buy gmod alone and do this to get the textures so i don't have to buy the other games or do i need a source engine game to play?
