I'm giving you a big thumbs up at the beginning of the video just for the mention of the importance of keeping a roll of toilet paper.

i also bought mine from austin kayaks i payed the full price of 799 but i saved more then u did for it at austin kayaks they offer package deals and 10% off on the kayak if the order is packaged with a beaver tail rutter that is assembled before it is shipped so it is all ready already the package deal was 150 dollars more for the rutter to buy the same rutter separate u will spend 200-250 dollars that u have to assemble so i think i made the right choice on the package deal

I just got mine and I'm thoroughly impressed! I haven't water tested it yet but I will be this weekend... I paid 500 with a paddle and a crate with 3 pole holders on it and a title! Couldn't pass it up! Lol I'm taking a trip to Ten Thousand Islands in April with a few of my boys so I figured I better upgrade my kayak situation. Fantastic video keep up the good work bro!

This is great, the placement on those seats look like it’s a lot easier on your hips for longer periods of time. Thanks for this video, liked and subscribed!

Hey buddy great video. I recently got a Big Fish 105 and took her out on her maiden voyage yesterday. I did notice that when I stood up a decent amount of water came up through the front scupper holes. There was a good amount of water that pooled up in the cock pit. Once I got it home I noticed there was water inside the hull. I had to drain it out using the drain plug. I was thinking possibly that water got in through the screw holes that hold the plastic standing platform in place. You ever run into this?

I was looking at this exact kayak, Iv seen videos of guys putting trolling motors through the electrics pod. But in my state it has to to registered if its powered by motor so I bought the perception pescador pro 120 kayak instead and I'm going to do a Jon boat build for my first boat.

For the life of me I could not figure out how to adjust the foot pegs. Thank you so much. My only complaint is the “dry box” doesn’t keep water out. I’m trying to figure out what I can do to water proof it.

im buying this boat an have bought all sorts of little things for the rail system to make it more efficient what im not looking at is the pad thats in front of the seat thats plastic and loud would like to either replace that pad some how or put a this rubber cover over it to cover up some of the loud noise caused by moving around in the kayak and would add tracking and better move ability

Sure is a good looking kayak. I like the floor mat.

That yak looks like it could use a rear motor mount for a minn kota and not really sure about drilling into the sounder pod thing though wouldn't it leak? other than that it is one hell of a yak.

Great review, lots of info I didn't get somewhere else.
On the last seconds of the video we can see some kind of additional light blue coating on the seat. I've always been afraid of those high position mesh seats - it doesn't seem that comfortable for long fishing sessions for someone in the heavy range, where rubberized/foam seats seem more gentle for your cheeks. Would you have any opinion on this ?
Thanks!

was also looking at rubber foot peddles i dont need none of these things i have already gotten what i need so im just looking for things to improve performance and comfort and of course looks. To spend on something like this i want it to look good as well perform good. I have not kayaked yet but is excited. I have watched dozens of kayak vids to the point no one would ever think i have never actually kayaked before with all the research i have done on it but i have to say the toilet paper being mentioned i havnt seen being something u need in any vid except your now and your right my room mate ran into an issue in a pontoon boat in the middle of a lake 1 of the most embarrassing problems to say the least especially when your around others.

I learned that after getting the zika virus on lake Minnetonka that one giant roll of toilet paper wasn't enough. My girlfriend got the shits too but she firmly believes that she caught the virus at the casino all you can eat buffet.

Very good thorough review, thanks. Can the seat be removed without tools or disassembly?

Mine came with these little black knobs in a plastic bag attached to the seat. Any clue what they are for? Lol
