Easy Southeast Asian Summer Dessert Recipe. Vietnamese Chè Thái. Delicious, Comforting, and Refreshing Fruit Cocktail.
Vietnamese: Chè Thái
Thai: Ruam mit
Lao: Nam Van
Hmong: Nab Vaam
Iu Mien: Nam Van
Malaysian: Koktel Buah Buahan
Khmer: Teuk Kork Chus
Filipino: Halo Halo (Similar but Different)

Instructions 📝
1. Grab your choice of Tropical Canned Fruits from the Asian Supermarket.
- Do not use the Grass Jellies water content.
2. Open with a Can Opener. Strain and Reserve some of the Syrup. Set Aside for later use.
3. Thinly slice your Tropical Fruits.
4. In a Bowl or personal cup. Add in your tropical fruits, half and half or Coconut 🥥 Milk 🥛.
5. Ladle in your desired amount of Reserved Syrup. Adjust to taste depending on how sweet you want it.
6. Add Ice 🧊 , Shaved Ice, or Refrigerate until Cold. And Enjoy 😋.
On another Note 📝
There are many variations on how to make this throughout Asian. If you want to make a Sweet Coconut 🥥 Milk 🥛 Syrup versus using Half and Half . Just bring it to a Boil and add Sugar (to your likings) and a Dash of Salt 🧂to balance everything out.
