Big Change in Express Entry NOC system for New Canada PR Rules - Canada Immigration | IRCC News

The NOC skill-based system, which was launched in the year 2016 and had a significant impact on the express entry rounds of invitation and the express entry profiles themselves, has now been replaced with the NOC 2021, which is a tier-based system, according to IRCC's release on November 16. According to correspondence from the IRCC and an announcement made in July 2022, the IRCC has finally made this significant adjustment to express entry, which requires all express entry profiles to be updated. 
As for the change, we have been informed that the four code NOC system, which was a skill-based NOC 0, A, B, C, and D has been transferred to the new tier base, which is the NOC 2021. If you have read the email or have already been a member of the extra Century pool, you have undoubtedly already received one from IRCC.
