Edit: At 7:46, there is a way to do this! Check your BIOS settings. There is an option that turns your computer on after 'power loss'. If you use a 'smart plug' to cut off the power, you can try this setting to check if your PC is booting when the smart plug is enabled again. ^^

Hello. For your pc you can go into your bios and turn on ac/dc power loss in the advanced section and then plug your pc into a smart socket and that will let you do it aswell
