I was immediately drawn to the teddy bear. It's so interesting that you brought up mirrors because last night for some reason I really wanted to watch the video "Mirrors" by Justin Timberlake. My person, grew up with a lot of turmoil between his parents in the home and he had to defend his Mom. I know that he is very angry. I also grew up with a. dad with anger. So we get each other. But he is very closed off emotionally, and can't communicate. Sort of like what you mentioned about your throat closing up. I believe when he was young he got in trouble for speaking out.
