NO!!! Nuclear [fusion] power plants do not produce radioactivity. That would violate the Second Law (of Thermodynamics). The Spent Nuclear Fuel (incorrectly called "nuclear "waste" by anti-nukes) removed from the reactor weighs less than the new nuclear fuel put into the reactor.

Also note that Uranium and Plutonium are not waste. After reprocessing they can be used in a reator to produce more power.
