You will most likely start smelling exhaust with it dumping straight out the back. Best remedy is to point it to the side like factory.

I like that you avoided showing the weld quality from the inside. I recently purchased this header and the inside is terrible; the tubes were not cut to length or mitered and are all over the place in the merges.
