Parvati Panchakam is a hymn praising the fierce, yet compassionate qualities of Goddess Parvati – Adiyogi's consort. This offering describes Parvati in her fiercest form, as the slayer of demons Nishumbha and Shumbha. Yet she is equally gentle towards her devotees, helping them cross the ocean of their limitations.

To challenge the power, ancient and old.
Oh, the ache in my soul, the truth they deny,
The Goddess is real, reaching for the sky.

She is the tempest, the fire's embrace,
Don't trifle with her, in this sacred space.
Linga Bhairavi, with unseen blade,
Strikes down the foolish, who dare to invade.
