G20 Summit: US President Joe Biden Departs From Delhi To Vietnam

On the second day of the summit, leaders and delegation heads are scheduled to arrive at Rajghat individually in motorcades around 8:15 am. Between 9:00 am and 9:20 am, they will partake in a wreath-laying ceremony at Mahatma Gandhi's Samadhi, while being accompanied by a live performance of Mahatma Gandhi's cherished devotional songs. The Group of 20 also welcomed the African Union as a permanent member as the G20 Leaders' Summit got underway at the Bharat Mandapam International Exhibition-Convention Centre in New Delhi on September 9. India, which holds the G20 presidency, has highlighted 'One Earth, One Family, One Future' as the theme of this year’s summit.

The last session was not attended by Mr. Biden only to show how much busy America's President is. This is generally seen in every big events wherein powerful people either leave earlier or come late to show people how much busy there are.
