I thought it was great, and here's a biggie: it digested well, so not like meat that sits in your gut for days before it breaks completely down. It's a win for me.

Great review Tony, here's a curveball for everyone: according to the official website, this pie has 10 more calories, 280mg more sodium, and only 1 less gram of fat than its real chicken counterpart, making THIS the less healthy indulgence, not the real one. 😂🤯

Marie Callender's are the only pot pies I buy. My favorite is the beef. When I got out of rehab I had a real craving for one. The meals there were so bad. Stopped at a store on the way home and they were completely out of stock of the Chicken and the beef but they had both in the plant-based. With trepidation I bought them. The beef one is just nasty and it smells worse than the chicken. Landed up separating the meat from both and just ate the crust, gravy and vegetables. When I was at another store yesterday the MC pot pies were completely stocked and I bought 10 Beef and 8 Chicken just in case the restock takes longer again. I'd give them a low It sucks.

I’d rather they throw in a few more veggies than put in the fake meat. I’d probably like it more, and I would know what I am eating.
