Keep in mind, Trump did not attend every RNC debate in ‘16, and he still became president. The difference was that he was polling ahead of everyone at that point. She should hold a rally somewhere like he did for veterans or some other cause.

If they won’t let her debate, maybe she should live stream her reaction to the debate on Instagram, in real time. Or she should immediately post reaction videos on Facebook to things the other candidates say. While it would likely only be viewed by her hardcore fans, the fact that she does it might make enough news to get her trending higher in other polls.
