Step 1. Create Project

Step 7. Choose First Generation
Step 8. Enter Instance ID
Step 9. Select Region
Step 10. Select Tier
Step 11. Create Button

1.Create Project
Click on 'Create project' to create a new project. Skip this step if you already have a project.

2.Project Name
Enter a name for your project. Project name must be between 4 and 30 characters.

3.Create Button
Click on Create button for Creating a project

4.Products & Services
Click on products & services icon.

5.Cloud SQL
Click on SQL option.

6.Create Instance
Click on 'Create instance' to create cloud instance.

7.Choose First Generation
Choose first generation instance.

8.Enter Instance ID
Enter instance id. Use only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.

9.Select Region
Choose where to store your SQL data. To reduce latency and increase availability, store your data close to the services that need it.

10.Select Tier
Select tier as per your requirement. Higher tiers offer your database more RAM, storage, concurrent connections, and I/O requests.

11.Create Button
Click on Create to finish.
