I've put a little in to Barclays too. I went for Ibstock instead of Forterra though. I've also taken a but if a punt on Superdry.

Hi Jacob. Some solid picks there and I think over the next 3 -5 years, you will not lose money. However, I do not think you have left enough nargin of safety for any substantial gains. Forterra looks like it could be the best bet for a double in 5 years, but the other two, given the valuation I don't think, will result in any major gains. Forterra is one of my 7 holdings and one of two UK holdings the other being SCS.
Fort Fantastic company, with a great moat. Currently prefer holding a brick maker to housebuilder although Bellway, Redrow very cheap also.

I took advantage of the banking crisis by buying barclays and hsbc too, 5% dividend on each, solid banks

Paragon Banking and OSB group are good value UK banks if you're interested in that sort of thing

PM to JKR. Why do you wear that penfield top so often..It does not convey confidence, in addition your scratch your nose/ear etc which is a common behaviour of people telling lies. Better off in a plain white shirt, unbranded and be mind full of behavioural actions. Yes if you buy low enough you will make money. Address the concern, no comment needed. Your welcome. Buy nex .
