Law’s abilities are so broken but he just isn’t that good in a duel cause of his lack of HAKI and defensive abilities, he performs way better with some allies around. Katakuri takes the W my man is so versatile and good against anyone.

I would say katakuri. Law is just too weak in haki and straightly focused on his devil fruit. He also hasn't yet mastered his awakening. On the other hand, Katakuri is a really experienced and good haki user and has mastered his devil fruit to his utmost potential.

Law isn't a one on one fighter ...he's so useful in group fights... So in my opinion katakuri is the winner on this fight..

Katakuri wins mid diff but Law has one of the best potential in one piece

Katakuri would easily beat Law just from how good he uses his devil fruit, it doesn't matter that it acts just like a logia devil fruit it's just the fact he could turn the ground into dough, uses haki extremely well (sure law fought a full haki user) but this one has great conquers haki. Law hasn't awakened his fruit in the anime yet so it's low - mid dif Katakuri has this. (The fact he can just see into the future is crazy too)

Speed goes to katakuri compare to Law.
Law isn't fast, it's just his teleportation by the help of his df.
And It's feel like Law wins because he and kid defeated an yonko.
But if Law can't surpass katakuri's speed and observation haki like Luffy did, it's obvious that katakuri wins.
If you can't hit him you can't win.

Katakuris skill of haki, awakened devil fruit, and his stamina help him win. Katakuri s level of observation let him see and prevent the future. His awakened devil fruit allows him to practically summon mochi out of thin air. and Katakuris stamina is massive, considering he took blow after blow from luffy and should've beaten him if it weren't for luffys immortality in that fight.
