Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 Review: $700 Flip Phone

The Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 is a $700 flip foldable with surprisingly good build quality. Powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 8020 and a pair of 50-megapixel cameras, you do get pretty solid list of hardware for the price. There's also a larger Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 that launched at same time. I reviewed that on the channel too.

In the main markets targeted by Tecno (Africa, South America), the brand is recognized as equivalent to brands like Motorola so it makes sense to position the price almost at the same level

No Ben, although on paper the external display is 3.6", it's realistically smaller than Z Flip 6 external display as its designed within the 2 camera cut out taking up real estate.
