Hell froze over Shack actually played Eldar over imperial guard.

"Wraithlord" is the Eldar dreadnought equivalent. "Wraithknight" is closer to an Imperial Knight.

Just wanted to publicly say a HUGE thanks to Shack for this video. This Eldar Craftworld system was a labour of love for me and the reason I started The Crucible Mod in the first place. So stoked to see such a fantastic video on it (especially as most people are Imperium or Chaos nerds).

ps - I'll keep an eye on the comments if anyone has any questions for specifics on what I decided to do for Eldar :)

A couple of clarifications. The unit that was draining your morale was the Hemlock Wraithfighter. It drains morale in an aura. At a higher rate for enemies but it does affect your units too. Best used away from your units or with a Wraith based army (who have no morale etc).

The Revenant Titan is not a particularly large and impressive titan. It is just a scout titan. I think you were probably thinking of the Phantom Titan which is about 4 times taller. We are planning on implementing an exclusive model for the Phantom at some point.

Shadowseer is not actually an exclusive unit. It is a Harlequin hero but is available as standard. There is a unique hero though which is the Troupe Master (next to the Shadorseer). This is available to Lugganath and one other Craftworld (can't remember off the top of my head).

It's a shame Shack didn't read the rest of the Iyanden Craftworld info. They are basically the most Wraith Lord focused faction in lore, and get the most upgrades and unique units for them in game. In terms of Eldar Lore, using Wraiths is actually something slightly frowned upon, and considered a necessary evil more than a mainstay of their military. All craft worlds try to avoid it as much as possible, relying on their infantry and regular vehicles. Iyanden is the reverse of this, due to a catastrophic event in their past that resulted in somewhere around 80% of the Craftworld's population being killed. Due to their extreme lack of manpower, they were forced to resort to using Wraiths as their mainline forces, outnumbering the infantry who fill only more specialist roles.

If you like Wraiths, I highly recommend taking a read through a bit of Iyanden lore. ( Excuse any slight errors in my summary of it. Has been a few years since I read up on it.)

If you want to play with Imperial Knights, the Sisters of Battle actually have one. If they're holding off on adding more Knights to give them to a specific faction, it'd probably be the Adeptus Mechanicus, but I don't think they have any plans to add any new factions any time soon

Shack should have spread webgates all over the map, they act as tunnels, cloak buildings and units, and allows you to teleport your base across the map.
My favorite Eldar Unit is the War Walker back in 45th/5th edition.

And if you think the lore for Wraithlords is heartbreaking :) Wraithknights are literally piloted by twins, pairs of siblings where one has died and the other is still alive

Harlequins were described best by 1d4Chan

4:50 - "because they are so many of them!"
Me: Master Shack, what are we going to do? ;-)

A lot of the Craftworld Eldar's stuff is basically powered by their own dead from soul stones too

Wraithbone is basically solidified warpstuff, which is why only psykers can use whatever is made with it. I believe it looks like plastic, yet is comparable to plasteel with a fraction of the weight. Chainswords are the default weapon of striking scorpions, they've always had them. The spirit stones of the dead are added to the craftworld's infinity matrix, where all the souls of their dead reside. The masque is the only harlequin unit that was in vanilla. I assume you can still teleport buildings, with the proper research. Wraithknights are piloted by twins, one living, one dead. The websail connects to the galactic webway network; I think they're used to travel across the planets and moons of the system, in vanilla. The small ones you can build from the start are only planetwide.

When you said your plan, I pretty much jumped to 'So you're going to guardsman style it.'

That Hemlock Wraithfighter clearly has Slippy as a co-pilot

Plasma generators boost the production rate of adjacent buildings in Crucible. You don't want them off to the side, you want them right next to your other buildings to drastically reduce their research and recruitment times. They might do damage to nearby buildings when you destroy and replace them, but the damage really isn't that bad.

Total conflict resistance is released in early access if you want to play it.

Anyone else think Shack needs to do an Eldar or Tau playthrough? About time he played something other than Imperial Guard or Space Marines for a change.
