Love how Miquellas part is so beautifully intense it renders almost everybody speechless lol. The composers did an amazing job materializing Miquella's charming powers into music 10:40

To me, this is THE masterpiece of the studio.
I especially like how you can tell easily the feelings the music induce you when you know a little of the lore and pay attention to it. Like :

First part : Vigilance. You don't know what/who you're about to fight. It's the unknown pure, but a threatening one.

Second part : Surprise. You did not expect to fight a character you already killed. Radahn is DEAD. You killed him, so you know he is supposed to be down for good. What is he doing here ???

3rd part : Might. No time to think. Radahn was one if not the most formidable foe you had, he is dangerous, he is not one to be taken slightly. So you fight, fight, fight and do your best to keep up because he was strong when sick, but now? Oh boy, he is at his prime again.

4th part : Eerie. You've put Radahn on his knees, but something is off. And Miquella arrives. He comes outside the Gate of Divinity; he is not human anymore, he is a god. And he is the reason everything turned bad on your quest to search him. He abandoned everything ; his sister, his family, his friends, his body, his principles.. he is now a god, trying to brainwash the world into submission, into peace, like he did to everyone he needed before he abandoned them. Radahn is a puppet. A macabre puppet.

5th part : Love. Strangely, the music here is joyful, divine ; but something is off. Because Miquella knows the threat you are and will be, depending on where on the main game you're at. You have or will kill demigods, Dragons, legendary warriors and even a god ; you're someone worth having by your side, better kept as a slave than a corpse. He is trying to manipulate you while you fight Radahn ; even his grab attack is only him seducing you, and one more grab is a instant kill by abandonning yourself completely to him.

6th part : Resolve. No. You're not going to be his. There's so much wrong in his doing, there's so much more to be done in the world ; you can't be his pet. So you fight, you refuse him and the battle is not mighty anymore ; it's divine. You're not fighting Radahn as a warrior, you're fighting Radahn as a God's pet, more likely a puppet privated of it's own will. At this point, you're ready to let war, racism, misery continue just because you believe freewill is more important. And this is the hill you're going to either die on, or defeating the god on.
And killing a god is what you're destined to do anyways, so why not adding a second one to the list?

What happens during the second phase boss music can be summarized as such: a God of light descends from on high, to give aid to his chosen champion by smiting their enemy with hundreds of lasers… you are not the chosen champion in this scenario

"The texture is so thick"
that's the wall of sound effect most of Fromsoftware's Boss OSTs have! They create something that looks and sounds so incredibly huge, a wall if you will. A challenge that feels impossible to overcome. And that just makes you want to beat it more!

10:20 - 10:38 is absolutely beautiful. With just her voice and the violin in the background it's so good.

Great choice starting with The Promised Consort as your introduction into the world of gaming music!
Its imo the most glorious sounding OST Fromsoft have ever had. There are many other epic tracks but "heavier" in contrast.

I don't know how you got the colors so right here, but great guess. My personal favorite Elden Ring track is "Lord of Frenzied flame". If you want to check it out, I don't recommend the one from Qiuvox as it has a pretty jarring sound failure in it.

One of the most beautiful pieces of music I’ve ever heard

I recommend Divine Beast Dancing Lion and Romina Saint of the Bud. Both are from the Elden Ring dlc

The fight itself feels like you're not SUPPOSED to be doing it. The impact, intimidation, and sheer majesty of the whole encounter makes you feel like you walked into the final stand and apex moment of some other protagonist, and now you, the little Tarnished usurper, are just another obstacle to THEM. The turnabout is awesome, and overcoming the fight leaves you feeling both fulfilled and unsure. You felled a would-be god, and you feel the quiet absence of that after.

That moment when you get on YouTube and see someone you know making videos. Small world.

I love how it sounds like the conquest of Alexander in the first half and in the second, his Apotheosis.

If you love music like this you gotta check out more Elden ring or bloodborne. Same composer on both games and she’s incredible. Lady Maria of the Astral Clocktower and Mohg, lord of blood are both amazing.

The second half of this track, often referred as “Song of Miquella” by many, is one of the finest pieces of video game music I’ve ever heard
