Anne of Green Gables is probably my number one comfort read. I've read that book soo many times, ever since I was a child, and it always feels like coming home.

I am a huge re-reader. I will revisit my favorites over and over. I have a really hard time keeping characters straight so the more I re-read the more familiar I become with the characters and can more fully enjoy the story intself.

There’s so many of these books that I’ve been wanting to read! A major comfort world for me is the whole Percy Jackson world. I still love it and it will always have a place in my heart. In addition, I love the Throne of Glass series so much!

The SoC duology is UNMATCHED. Definitely a comfort read for me as well. I’d also add The Stormlight Achive for me 🥰
Comfort reads don’t need to be the best book you’ve ever read, they just need to welcome you home. Never feel like you need to justify that feeling 💕

The Gathering of Shadows is also my favorite book from the series! I just love these books much and I am always so happy to see the same love for them from someone 🥰 also I am in the middle of Starless Sea and this story is just starting to be one of my favorites ✨

⛺️ I think I lean on romance for that feeling of home. Especially when life gets hectic. I think Alexandria Bellefleurs books and Pride and Prejudice fit it for me. But the majority of the books in this video are now on my TBR hope you’re doing great!
