Late last week, community leaders joined MedStar associates and physicians to cut the ribbon, officially opening MedStar Health at Brandywine to the public.
Speakers included Bob Gilbert, president of MedStar Ambulatory Services; Eric Wagner, executive vice president of Insurance and Diversified Operations at MedStar Health; Mike Miller, Maryland state senator for District 27 and state senate president; Mel Franklin, Prince George’s County councilman for District 9; David Harrington, president and CEO of the Prince George’s County Chamber of Commerce; and Dr. Dennis Carlini, orthopaedic surgeon at MedStar Health.
