Making a Very Useful Mini Table Saw V2.0

How to make a useful mini table saw? 3D printed hobby saw. In this video I will show you how to make an improved version of a small table saw with a 3D printer. A very useful and powerful saw for hobby work.

(Blades between 60mm and 65mm with a hole diameter of 6mm can be used.)


Dimension: 190x188x58mm

This such a cool build, blows my mind!

Only point of concern is that you should never use the miter gauge and the fence at the same time. It will cause material to pinch the blade and kick back. That piece flying back can cause a lot of damage. Or worse, pull in your hand into the blade.

That being said, you are using a tiny blade so it might not matter but….. caution.

Very nice work indeed. Btw don’t use a fence and a cross-cut mitre gauge at the same time, especially without a riving knife, otherwise you will have one less eye or one less finger! Very dangerous! You could def add a riving knife to this setup to make it safe tho.

Nice job on the table saw. I would consider either putting a small flat on your shafts or drilling a dimple to give the grub screws a better grip.

Really nice job ! A splinter knife at the edge of the blade would have been perfect, or a leverage system plateforme (with a pivet) for the side blade would also have been a nice feature, so you push down to make the work piece goes up, so it can cross cut me while holding the piece sage and still
