@3:30 The red cross is absolutely insane and I can't even imagine how fast it would've been if you were color neutral

Brody, I tried solve 7 in your Ao12 and got a 5.61 and I average around 10.9. If you do a double Xcross with inspection: y2, and then D' R D' R2 D U2 R2, it leads to the double x cross with a free pair, easy fourth pair into an OLL skip with sledge and T perm. It's insane

Dang! I get to watch an insanely good average and keep my gallbladder. Must be my lucky day.

Its like you get all your lock ups out in the scramble so you dont have to deal with them during the solve

Hey brody,
You helped me get back into cubing with jpermafter 1 failed attempt on it after 1 year and 8 months

Today with all the motivational and tricks i know whats my problem

In the video, hardware dont matter, i think yes, hardware dont matter but most cubers that got sponsored got lubes such as dnm37 and lunar to speed up the cube with no tensions involved
So one of my cube thats super slow but has the best corner cutting in my collection and magnets
Other one is speed but it pops and it explodes and it has terrjble corner cutting even when it pops insanely many times

So i plan to buy dnm37 from a local cube store and rs3m 2020 and also a mat so that my cube break less

So hardware dont really matter does it, yes but those hardware above, while i average low 20, i actually have learned full pll and oll and i learned advanced f2l from jperm and my muscle memory is already good with them
But you know my cubes are slow and i think that they makes my tps really slow and my alg locks up, while actually giving me some look ahead abilities, while being low 20 second solver

So i think it will be exceptionally easy for me to get sub 15 because i know fundamentals with the add ons on it sjch as good f2l, pll, oll, and i think i need to drill my algs more

I thought for a really long time on your video, the best way to get faster (the one with youre lying to yourself meme) if solving isnt a practice, then why sometimes when i just solve i get faster, its because solving is a way to get muscle memory, when you lost some of your muscle memory, of course youre gonna get better. And when you stop getting better, record your solve, figure out whats wrong

Solving is a practice, it isnt when you have gained all muscle memory
I think my pll is getting better just be solving which means practice is still compatible with me rn
And also i forgot half of my oll and ima learn that and then i can try to master SOME look ahead stuff. With faster turning gained from a good cube, and muscle memory gained back, i think that sub 15 or even sub 13 is gonna be easy peezy for me cuz my knowledge is around the same as a sub 13 user, i just need more tps

THANKS SO MUCH BRODY, THANKS FOR GETTING ME BACK ON CUBING WHEN I QUIT BECAUSE I CANT GET SUB 20
Thanks,

Sincerely,
Nik

Nice average and all, but I'm over here always amazed at how fast and smoothly people scramble the cube. 🤣

But seriously, in unreal solves, Brody.

That 3rd solve was clearly like 7.5 I hate when that happens.

don't you think coll -> ell is better than oll -> pll to solve last layer?
