***Problem***
I am getting this error message - when trying to Connect SQL Server Management Studio.

TITLE: Connect to Server

Cannot connect to CHIRAG-LAPPY\MSSQLSERVER2.
------------------------------
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accessible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.) (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 258)
To fix this problem: -
Method 1:

Method 2:
A. Take the following steps to access the SQL Server Configuration Manager:
Click Windows Button.
Select All Programs.
Select Microsoft SQL Server 20XX.
Open SQL Server 20XX Configuration Manager.

B. Take the following steps to access the SQL Server Configuration Manager via Computer Manager:
Click the Windows key + R to open the Run window.
Click OK.
Expand Services and Applications.
Expand SQL Server Configuration Manager.

Method 3:
A. Open Sql Server Configuration Manager - → SQL Server Network configuration - → Protocols for (INSTANCE) - → TCP/IP (double click on it).

B. Select - → IP Addresses(Tab).
Go to the last entry IP All and mention TCP Port 1433.

C. Check that the SQL Services are running
→ Now restart SQL Server (INSTANCE)
