If you look at the film close enough, you can see that the only reason Suggs hits Ben, is because after the pump fake, Suggs starts to back off, which changes his trajectory, meaning, the only person who is liable for this NON-forceful hit to the head, is Ben himself. Why then would Brady get flags everywhere for this same play? Easy, the NFL wants GIRLS to play too.
