how were you able to get photos from the SD card? I have 2 frames and none of them seems to recognize the sd cards

Do you need WiFi to transfer pictures to the frame if your iPhone is connected to the frame? I don’t have WiFi.

You didn't tell us how to plug in? Mine is not powering up, what is trick with that plug?

The directions leave much to be desired. I got as far as setting up an account after about six tries because it would not send me another link for an email. Then I got to the part where it said it sent me a code to allow me to add pictures - never got the email and no instructions on what to do next. Maybe when I get all the undocumented kinks out it may be useful. So far it would not get a very high rating from me.

I have a friend that had been working on the app for hours trying to find where to end the code to send pictures. She’s not had any luck. Any help from “another person phone app” to connect to the device would be helpful.
