34g Protein-Packed Soya Tikki Recipe

Ingredients:
- 50g raw soya chunks
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ghee
- 5 tbsp dahi (yogurt)
- 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
- Salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- Chaat masala and roasted cumin powder for extra flavor
Instructions:
1. Blend the boiled soya chunks into a smooth paste.
2. Transfer to a bowl and add the chopped onion, tomato, besan, green chilli, and all the spices (salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and fresh coriander leaves).
3. Mix everything well and shape the mixture into small tikkis (you should get 8-9 tikkis).
4. Heat ghee in a pan, cook the tikkis on both sides until golden brown, and cover the pan for them to cook through.
5. Once done, transfer to a plate. In a separate bowl, mix dahi, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder.
6. Serve the tikkis with the yogurt sauce mix, and enjoy this better-than-wedding-style snack!
