Put those scraps in an old pillowcase and keep collecting until you have enough to fill it. Sew the open end and you have a pillow for your pet😊

This is a great FPP tutorial and I am glad you chose to do the new pad! I have FPP a long time and leave the center paper on until I sew them all together! Doing this cuts down on it getting all wonky!

Yes there are some quilters that don’t PP this block and they turn out great but I think they are seasoned quilters ❤️

Kelly, can you do a video on how you starch your fabrics? I know you say you soak them do you put them in the washer with the starch on the water or do you put them in some kind of a big old bowl or a laundry sink? Do you ring the starch out? do you reuse the starch that’s been used before? Curious minds.😊

I do enjoy paper piecing. The scrapes can possibly be used to make a fabric postcard. 😊
