I remember watching this back in the 90s, it was such a relief when they finally acknowledged that the show didn't make sense conceptually

Ahhh yes the metaverse, the place where Mark Zuckerburg can truly be a robot

Well, now we know how a raccoon ended up in a place where he could be biologically engineered into a sarcastic, angry, super-intelligent warrior whose best friend is an ambulatory tree.

Amazing how little Meta can do with so much money 😂

My favorite thing about this series is the implication that despite time-travel existing in this universe, the only thing it's used for is travelling about twenty years or so in the future to make fun of the next generation.

As funny as the metaverse jokes were, the reveal that the reporter was present for the host's death was probably the most memorable part of the video

Ryan choosing to animate a racoon surviving a Terminator apocalypse in 3281 is why I'm subscribed.

Him continually referencing the guys death is straight hilarious to me, this kind of stuff separates George’s content among other things

I laughed so hard at the part where the 1990s reporter thought the most amazing thing was that people could use the internet and the phone at the same time.

I like how the 90s part of the show has progressed an additional year. Also how it's canon that the reporter was there for the host's death. This is getting intense.

“He has a new show out actually” Ryan writing is so perfect

It's amazing how that raccoon not only filmed itself in the future, but found a way to send that tape back so we could see it. :D

the reporter continually referencing the host's death both casually and vaguely feels fueled by vengeance and hate constantly refusing to bring him back and I love it!

"The year is 1996. Welcome back to the show."
I can confirm that this is exactly how talk shows were in the 90s.

"Life but under the umbrella of large corporations" is actually a pretty good point to explain what's really happening

Can't wait for the "it's the 2000's" series to begin in the 2030's 😁

Not gonna lie, I'm still fascinated by the fact that we can use phones and the internet at the same time.

This man with a green screen is somehow funnier and more creative than studios with multimillion dollar budgets

"PLEASE bring me back to the 90s!"

Never had a truer sentence been spoken

The running joke with 90s Ryan dying in 2004 is possibly my favorite bit in any video he's ever done. I hope we never find out what happened.
