Technically, you should take no damage, since smaller things take less damage when falling from the same height as big things. An ant could survive a five story drop, an elephant would crumple on itself.

I just wanna point out how the scale only looks wierd because at that size, there's very little to compare yourself to.
Or, in simpler terms, the textures don't have anything for you to measure yourself, the distance you're traveling, or how far away you are from stuff. The closest reference point you have, a single pixel, is literally several magnitudes larger than you.

For fall damage to be consistent with your character's size, it would have to become more dense in order to keep its mass for all sizes. However, given the original size in proportion to the smallest size seen in the video, this would likely cause the character to basically be too heavy to move themselves, because they would need the same amount of force to move a denser object. MEANING, the fall damage wouldn't be possible if this were real life, considering that the amount of kinetic energy transferred into the character at the time of impact would depend on the character's mass. (because, you know. more mass = more capacity for kinetic energy).

Fun fact - ants are literally immune to fall damage.

No matter from how high you drop one, they can survive the fall at terminal velocity, due to how little mass they hav.

Pro tip to fly faster when you become tiny: use spectator mode

Due to the square cube law you become more resistant to fall damage the smaller you are, so even if you did shrink that much it wouldn’t kill you.

Well, the fall/impact wouldn’t kill you. Your shrunken cells would malfunction and kill you before you could jump.
