The AP Psychology course framework now features five content units instead of nine:

🧬 Biological Bases of Behavior
💭 Cognition
📚 Development and Learning
👥 Social Psychology
💪 Mental and Physical Health

These are based on the APA’s recommended core content domains, or “pillars,” for introductory psychology: Biological, Cognitive, Developmental, Social and Personality, and Mental and Physical Health.

Exam Structure

🕒 The exam is 2 hours and 40 minutes long and includes:
📜 75 multiple-choice questions – 90 Minutes
⏱2 free-response questions – 70 Minutes
