Get the Ritchey P-29er rigid MTB together to join Ron on his hardtail MTB, and Doug on his full suspension Gravel bike the Niner MCR. I got my hands on a heart rate monitor so I can see what zone I need to be riding in and compare with the homies. I also explain heart rate zones very simply and easily for us. We take to Mt St Helens for a Volcanic rocky single track adventure that is one to write home about. All the a view, the fun, the heart rate, the friends! Let’s do this one again!

The new Bosch smart system integrates with Apple Watch and I tried it out for the first time recently. I’m a senior and was amazed how useful it is on really long climbs to get feedback to downshift (or with an e-bike add some boost). If you’re already used to wearing the watch it feels like your heart is magically bluetooth pairing to the display.

Great video! Thanks for featuring our bike camping gear in your video! It was fun running into you guys up there. We experienced no post-trip digestive issues after filtering and boiling water from the greenish-brown rock puddles to make our overnight possible :P
