For everyone who doesnt have a shop there but has a peacekeeper territory it still works. Also make sure to put your game on hard mode, i played on easy and got an inhibitor every 5th time, but once I changed to hard I got it almost every time

You dont need to quick join, you need to join a player with hard mode thats is how i got the inhibitor and it's still working

DISCLAIMER!!! If it doesn’t work for you, you have to complete the entire storyline first, after completing the story, change your difficulty to hard mode and go to the same spot and then try it, works like a charm.

In the Horseshoe part of the map, activate the Horseshoe water tower. It does not matter what faction you give it to. Then try this glitch again. it should work.

I may have cracked it! I went about 30 mins without being able to get a single drop. I then noticed that when I did get the drop it was from the same players session I randomly joined. The next time I came across them I added them to my favorites. Now I'm getting it every time I join their session from favorites list.

Just found your video tonight. I don't have that vendor, but I went to the spot on your map, it still works. After the first time you drop out, it spawns you at the Bakery settlement which is about 109m away from the spot on your map.
Got my health and stamina maxed out at 620 each. Thank you so much for this video!

This worked today, I have most the activities in the game completed and all set as survivor territories still worked. Definitely set the difficulty to hard was getting two at a time every time.
