Putting buttons on a baby quilt is a very BAD idea! If you must put something in the center of that flower, do it with stitching. NO BUTTONS!

What kind of thread does Eleanor use when she quilts or piecing?

Small things like buttons are very dangerous for babies and toddlers. If the inhale them it can kill them. Nice quilt otherwise.
