Callahan Walsh chats with Noah about how he followed his father's footsteps in after the personal tragedy of his own young brother who was abducted and murdered. Callahan also shares the excitement of the show returning to the ID channel with a second season and what you can expect in upcoming episodes.

Callahan Walsh is a child advocate for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and works together with law enforcement to further NCMEC’s mission and to help change laws in favor of child victims. He is the son of John and Revé Walsh, who co-founded NCMEC in 1984 after the kidnapping and murder of their first son, Adam Walsh. Following in his parent’s footsteps, Callahan has focused his energy on helping find missing children, reducing child sexual exploitation and preventing child victimization.

My cousin was murdered just a few yrs ago. Was riding down the st w/her no good boyfriend. A car drove up behind theirs & opened fire meaning to kill her boyfriend but she caught every bullet to the back of her head instead. Surgeons were able to remove the bullets but not the tiny bits (fragments ?). They started causing infections & having to go back into her brain was one reason that she had an aneurysm & passed away. It took 3 yrs to bring her killers to justice (one who was already locked up for an unrelated crime). My cousin was 19 when the back of her head was blown off but fought for her life for a month in the hospital & turned 20 yrs old. Was born & raised here in Seattle Washington but yrs later moved down south w/her mom. Graduated from High school w/straight A's but despite fam that literally begged her not to come back up here (because they were trying to help her get into college) she thought she knew so doggone much saying " i'm just going to Seattle for a while but i'll be back. She made it up here but got caught up in some ridiculousness & lost her life behind it (somehow got caught up in a relationship w/some man who was marked for death. The killers tried to get him 2x but obviously failed & missed on the 3rd as well killing my cousin...the statement "she died ? Sorry abt that but we were trying to kill him not her" had also been said. That turned my stomach because it was a cold hard slap in the face to me as if to say "oh well whatever🤷🏽‍♀️ !" as though she didn't even matte. Rest in peace Chereonna...🙏🏽🕊💞🕊🙏🏽
