Hi Ginger, I learned traditional ITF from my master 2 years ago. ITF is like my life. But after my master went back to his country, I stopped training. Your taekwondo techniques look very much like what my master taught me. I am so glad to watch your video because that reminds me of my master. And I can learn ITF again! Thank you for those awesome videos!!!

No problem :) I know about both methods as i am never narrow minded. It does have advantages for reach, wrapping around, etc but the way i look at it is if you were to sit down and heel the floor a lot more pressure is put into the foot and ankle joint when pointing the foot forwards. When you flex your foot everything is tighter and stronger and when you hit the floor there is way less pressure.

Awesome videos!!!  I've been teaching TKD for about six years now and yours are about the most concise and simple methods of doing these complicated maneuvers I've seen.  They don't just show me a better way to perform the movements, i.e. physics, etc., but they show me a better way to teach the movements than before.  Thank you!

I'm glad you think that and i appreciate your support. Thank you :) I have been training over 8 years. I still try to improve technique and make it efficient as possible for each situation so i don't consider them mastered. A few styles including Wing Chun, Thai Boxing, Kenpo, BJJ and a couple of others. No problem :)
