The education ministry is considering bringing certain internal reforms to the National Testing Agency to make it a test agency that will conduct zero-error examinations in the future.

Currently, discussions are on assessing the shortcomings that are resulting in cases of cheating, impersonation, and paper leaks. Presently, the NEET UG exam and the now cancelled UGC NET exam have become present examples where these cases have come to light.

The centre has taken into account irregularities in some centres where time loss was found to be a factor that created panic among students.
