Autumn Crittendon '16 & Pregnant' Star Last Moments with her sister before death

Former "16 & Pregnant" star Autumn Crittendon has allegedly passed away at the age of 27. Her sister, Misty, shared a heartbreaking tribute on social media, announcing the tragic news.

In a Facebook post that was later deleted but captured by Starcasm, Misty expressed her profound sorrow: "To my dearest baby sister, my twin, my rock, my babies' mother, my go-to, my world, the only one who understood me and our shared childhood trauma. You endured it all with me, my Arnold. You were robbed of your life at such a tender age. You left before anyone could tell you goodbye." Misty lamented that Autumn passed away before they could tell her "how much we love you" and how "proud we are of you for staying sober through some of the toughest times of your life."

Misty also shared the family's pride in the mother Autumn was and expressed gratitude for her children, whom Misty referred to as "the three tiny parts of your heart that are still walking this earth."

Autumn passed away on Saturday at her home in Henrico County, Virginia, where she lived with her children, mother, and stepfather. Her stepfather found her unresponsive in her bedroom, and paramedics arrived but were unable to revive her.

The cause of Autumn's death remains unknown. The family is working with law enforcement on the investigation. It was known that Autumn had been sick, complaining of heartburn, and had expressed interest in seeing a doctor. She was also diabetic and had kidney issues.

Autumn gained fame from her appearance on Season 5 of the reality show alongside her then-boyfriend, Dustin Franklin. She shared a son named Drake with Dustin. After her time on the show, she welcomed two more children, a son named Luke and a daughter named Abigail.
