actually the washing machine uses 3 & 4 hex pins, each pins are not removed will make your drum balanced once a time. once is removed. Your drum will be unbalanced at the same time(if the drum is bigger than most washing machines, this can break the steel of the side and back) and also hits the glass for the 1st time. the wash tank blocks are located behind the all washing machines.

you should remove the wash tank blocks ... they are located behind the washing machine, they are usually 3 or 4 hex pins. if you don't remove them it is perfectly normal that it jumps so much. these blocks are made to prevent the tub from being damaged during transport. and are present in all washing machines.
