Peopl who say Squiers sound terrible need to stop freaking out about a perfect tone, Squier guitars sound lovely if you're getting one in the 250-350 price range.

A guy at work is selling one and I looked at it. Very well made and I'm gonna have to buy it. Feels and plays great. His is hardly used and was bought new a bout 4 years ago.

I have both the 50's and 60's Classic Vibe, both are incredible for the money, both mine came with perfect setup.
I prefer the feel and weight of the 50's, the maple neck is one of the nicest I've ever owned but I prefer the tone of the 60' pickups.
The only complaint is the narrower string spacing on ALL non "USA" models a small thing I know but that extra 8th" spacing totally changes the feel.
