I've been watching for some time now, and I really appreciate how logical and unbiased you try to remain in a world that wants to put everyone in a defined box. Especially the ones striving for generational wealth.

"And then Waste Management, which is a garbage company" at 25:56. Loved the dry clarification afterwards XD

Hey Joseph, you inspired me into investing (just turned 19) and last week I received my first dividend payments! They were only cents but I was super happy to have received it either way. Thank you for being an inspiration and for sharing your cool mindset which has helped me understand that my goal is long term and it will be a bumpy ride 👍🏼👍🏼

I wasn’t trying to make anyone upset by titling this “Biden wins”. I realize there’s still a recount and court process going on. Maybe that changes the results? If it does I’ll update my opinions on another episode.

Couldn't you have released this like ~30 minutes earlier; I just got out of the bath, and I always watch these bringing my tablet and a stand :D

Could you please go into depth about Dominion Energy? They announced that they are cutting their dividend by 33% (from $0.94 to $0.63 quarterly). They still have a 3% forward yield, which isn't bad and would certainly be less costly for them to maintain. But I could not find any mention of it from their earnings call, where they said things such as, "Our earnings and dividend growth rates, 6.5% and 6%, respectively, are competitive with the highest value companies in our sector." I was hoping for better information, and don't know where else to look. I haven't sold out of them, and haven't decided if I will yet, but I lowered the pie % that they control. I notice from this video that it looks like you did the same - since they are at 35% instead of the 16% target. It's reassuring that we took similar steps. You've said in the past that you will sell out of companies that have significant dividend cuts, are you planning to sell after the next dividend payout? Or will Dominion get a pass because of all of the events hitting this year?

Hi Joseph,
You recently bought SPYG, I realized that you already got rid of it and bought IGV instead. I understand the difference, but I am wondering why you didn't keep both of them. I'd love to hear your your analysis for making that decision. Thank you for your awesome content :).

I feel that Joe has started to trade on the premise of capital gains opposed to just dividends. Kinda straying away from his original premise.

Hi Joseph, greetings from Israel. How come you sold all of the energy holdings in your portfolio? One the the adaptions you made since 2020 is increasing your exposure to tech but removed the exposure to energy. But in my opinion you should do the same to energy. I see that you believe in renewable energy but I suppose you already know that it isn't cheap and the only reason why companies like NEE are profitable is because of tax incentives. Oil probably not going to disappear from the world in the next 20 years and oil companies were trading in pretty good prices lately so why didn't you buy any? Also, If you do plan on getting back to energy can you please share which companies do you believe in?

He LOVES AAPL, it's hard to imagine he will EVER say anything bad about AAPL. It's terrible for dividends (not to mentioned overvalued and expensive) but he bought it and i doubt he will ever say anything negative about it. Thus he will justify anything AAPL does regardless. Don't marry your stocks, it impairs your ability to be objective about stocks. Fact is that going to war with your customer who doesn't want to drop $1k on another phone when they can repair the one they have for a tiny fraction of that...not a good look regardless of what "control" you want to have over the "user experience".

I think this is the first disagreement I have with Joe. Apple have a horrible track record of both poor design work (such as having high voltage power connections pins right next to low voltage data lines), deliberate built-in obsolescence (preventing with hardware and software even simple aftermarket placements of home buttons and batteries) and very anti consumer practices (such as soldering hard drives IO directly to the logic boards), the desire to be vertically integrated doesn't cover the things they have done in recent years which serve to benefit apples bottom line to the detriment of the customers.
