I think I had discovered All India Radio around in 2007-2008. It instantly became one of my favorite gem, underground bands. This album specifically; so many nights I would turn on this album and go to sleep soundly. I was on my own, depressed and feeling alone, these songs helped me gently to fall asleep while I was having hard time sleeping at night without feeling sad about myself. Then in 2009, when I fell in love with a man we would listen to All India Radio and make love for nights... Evening Star was especially close to my heart, would make me think of him after the terrible breakup. Anyho thank you, Martin Kennedy; the actual part of All India Radio, for being better than Xanax. Thank you for being there for me (unknowingly) with your absolute magical music, when I needed to be connected to myself the most but didn't know how <3 Love you!!

I remember when I first heard this album on Pandora, around 2010. And it has stuck with me since then. I come back to listen to it from time to time and enjoy the mellow yet uplifting sounds and remember the past. Its a great album. Thanks All India Radio.
