Definitely one of the best ones I could find.  But it will still take some practice.  I had the same problem of space  in between my hands, but I took some advice from below that really helped!!

I just could not figure out how to cast on from the other videos.  "Make a V, under and over, " just wasn't sinking in.  Your method is much easier!!!  I got a skein of Red Heart Ribbons yarn on closeout, and just didn't want to make yet another finger knit yarn.  This is just so beautiful!!!
