I think that it's a GREAT thing that you guys actually confronted this question. Personally I noticed exactly when the thumbnails started changing, it was weird but I didn't care too much since I too believe that it is rather difficult to get noticed with the old thumbnails y'all used. Good on ya!

I hate to admit it but i'm the unvocal majority who actually quite enjoy your content. I may not leave a comment on every video but I've followed this channel since way before LMG was a created and Luke was still just your henchman from NCIX. Here is my "Should I click this video" process:

1) Read the title, is it something that I can learn from or may enjoy watching?
2) Look at the video length, is what I may get out of the video worth that amount of my time?
3) If I answered yes to the above questions, then I click the video.
