Is point me hamne Jio ka Example dekha tha ki kaise pehle loan le ke ek mega business start kiya gaya aur baad me usi business ka kuch hissa bech ke vo loan chuka diya gaya.. This is actually a rich mindset.

Next point me hamne dekha tha create Asset and then asset from an Asset:-
Warren buffett kehte hai "If you don't find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.” In short agar ham koi aisa asset nhi bana paaye jo hame paisa kama ke deta rahe to hame zindagi bhar hi kaam karte rehna padega. Rich mindset wale log ye baat jaante hai isiliye vo koi bhi liability lene se pehle asset banaate hai lekin vo yaha par bhi nhi rukte vo asset se assets bnaate rehte hai jab tak unka empire na khada ho jaaye. Isme hamne Reliance ka example dekha tha ki kaisa aaj reliance ek business empire hai jiske under Reliance Power, Reliance Infrastructure, Reliance Capital, Reliance Entertainment, Reliance Home Finance and Reliance Health etc.

Maximize Expense, Minimize Income
Is point me hamne dekha tha ki kaha par ek employee pehle taxes deta hai phir expense karta hai aur phir save ya invest lekin ek businessman pehle apne business me invest karta hai, phir expenses aur last me tax aur yehi reason hai ki Businessman apne expenses ko maximize kar ke apni income ko minimum dikhana chahta hai taaki use kam se kam tax dena pade.

Warren buffett kehte hai ki "the best investment you can make is in your mind"
Isiliye rich mindset wale insaan hamesha zaada se zaada books padhte hai aur life long nayi cheeze seekte rehte hai. Vo kabhi is illusion me nhi rehte ki unhe sab pata hai.

Yes you are right assets gives assets but the gadget or any things else doesn’t matter when age gone .. at the right age we need cool gadget but when the age gone then the value of expensive gadget doesnt mind ..😁😁😁
